Is this a fixed quote? +

Your price is confirmed after a brief survey of your home. This allows us to check the installation route, pipe run and access requirements — so the price you're given after survey is the price you pay. We don't add extras on the day.

Is electrical work included? +

Our package pricing includes standard electrical connection to an existing nearby circuit. If additional electrical work is needed (such as a new spur or consumer unit addition), this will be identified at survey and quoted separately before any commitment is made.

Can the system heat as well as cool? +

Yes. All systems we install are air-to-air heat pumps, which means they both cool in summer and heat in winter — often more efficiently than electric panel heaters or storage heaters. This is also why VAT may not apply to your installation.

Why do prices start from £1,650? +

Our Silver package covers supply, installation and commissioning of a high-efficiency single-split system for a standard room with straightforward access. Prices vary based on system size, brand, room type and installation complexity — all of which we assess before confirming your price.

How quickly can you install? +

In many cases, we can survey and install within 7 days for bookings, subject to stock availability, access requirements and our current diary. Submit your details, and we'll let you know the earliest available date for your area.

What size system do I need? +

System sizing depends on room dimensions, glazing, insulation and how the room is used. A 2.5kW system suits most bedrooms and home offices; 3.5kW is common for living rooms and garden rooms. We'll confirm the right output at survey.
